Good morning folks! It’s been quite some time since my last post, I had been overwhelmed with my wedding preparation but all is well now ;) This time I would like to share the awesome benefits that I think will be very great for you and your loved ones’ health. Some of you may have even tried this green friend before, yet some of you may think it’s too grassy. I personally like to call it my “elixir” for anti-aging. Let me share with you about the wondrous wheatgrass.

Recently I put wheatgrass juice into my morning breakfast routine and I believe that I am making the right investment for my body.

I did some thorough research on wheatgrass’ benefits and I am completely astonished! Who would’ve known that wheatgrass really does contain amazing benefits for our body. Wheatgrass is basically derived from wheat berry, usually planted in a conditioned indirect sunlight and cool environment. The amazing thing is that wheatgrass juice contains up to 70% chlorophyll, which literally can have good impacts to most of our body organs. It also contains nearly all minerals that human body needs such as vitamin A, B-complex, C, E, K, even amino acids (building blocks of protein), and many more. Here are some tasty benefits that I’m sure you want your body to have:

- Improves blood sugar disorder such as diabetes

The fresh nutrients inside wheatgrass juice are also that delicate that you have to make sure it should be consumed directly or you have to put it in a good freezer. Balance you healthy foods intake such as fruits and veggies along with wheatgrass juice to maximize the health boost. For me, wheatgrass juice is the multiplier of healthy diets that I live with.
I highly recommend wheatgrass juice to be inserted in your regular morning routine since it has so much healthy benefits. Nowadays people tend to not care about the diet they live with. Many think that the exercises will compensate for the “dirty” diet they do. Foods that is high in carbs or fats, drinks that is high in sugar, and so on. I wish they put deeper thoughts to the long-term effects on how unhealthy diets can turn into disaster once they are older. We are not older only by age; in fact we are getting older everyday.
